Noleen, her husband and their 3 children emigrated to the United States from South Africa in 2001.
Noleen has a love for real estate and design and after a 6 year stint as a Realtor, she transitioned into full-time staging in 2013.
Noleen was the 2016 President of the Central Texas Chapter of RESA, the Real Estate Staging Association. Noleen is a licensed MCE Instructor, through the Texas Real Estate Commission and is a Graduate of The Staging Diva® Home Staging Business Training Program, created by internationally knownhome staging expert Debra Gould of Six Elements Inc. In addition, Noleen is a Certified Stager (SAR) and a Vacant Property Specialist, a Feng Shui Design Professional, a Luxury Staging Specialist and a licensed Texas Realtor (GRI,CNE).

Vashti has always had a love for everything creative especially Interior Design and Fashion Design. Vashti attended the Savannah College of Art and Design where she majored in Fashion Design and minored in Accessory Design. During this time, she nailed down her personal design aesthetic. She loves incorporating color, texture, patterns, and unique objects into her work. She hopes to collect high end art one day. When the world shut down during Covid, Vashti found herself immersed in the staging world with her mother Noleen, who founded NB Designs. The two immediately recognized how well they worked together, and the rest is history!
Administration and Customer Liaison, Laura N.
Laura Norton is a fifth generation Texan who grew up in Central Texas. After earning a BA and a paralegal certificate at Texas State University, Laura worked as a paralegal and also became a mortgage loan signing agent through the National Notary Association. Laura’s administrative skills, as well as her personal experience in home remodels, furniture painting, and simple DIY projects make her an enthusiastic addition to the NB Designs team. Laura’s been with NB Designs since June 2017!
