There are so many moving parts to a staging and destaging a property.
To give us enough time to add you to our schedule, we request 7 days written notice from the sellers to destage their properties, to avoid the expedited destage fee (as per our agreement).
Staging installation fees will not be pro-rated.
Cancellations of a destage with less than 48 hours notice will generate a rescheduling fee of $200.00. Same-day destaging cancellations will not be accepted.
