Before and After

We typically don’t take Before photos of occupied houses as we feel it’s disrespectful to our sellers.

This staging, however, is a great example of removing the original (beautiful but heavy) drapes and furnishings, and lightening up the space. Some of the goals we have when staging a home to sell are to lighten and brighten, make a visually spacious as possible, make as updated and high end as possible and appeal to the buyer demographic for that particular neighborhood.  In this case, the house feels so much lighter, brighter, visually more spacious, updated and is staged to appeal to a buyer with a youngish family.
